Smaller but well established City firm seeks a high quality, mid-level  solicitor with a solid track record and broad ranging commercial real estate and real estate finance experience. Sitting within real estate  but working closely with the firm’s corporate and banking teams, candidates will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding and practical experience of advising on wide range of work including the domestic and cross boarder property aspects of secured lending transactions, acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, joint ventures, tax saving property structures and commercial landlord and tenant. Working in a highly collegiate team where client contact and development are fully supported and openly encouraged.
