We began working with sets of Chambers in 2000, and as far as we are aware, have since become the first and only full-service recruitment consultancy to the Bar. As well as covering individual Barrister moves, teams of Barristers and mid-ranking to senior Clerks, our services to the Bar have expanded in proportion to the Bar’s modernisation. In turn, we play a key advisory role to candidates seeking a move into such a challenging and unique sector. We brief candidates comprehensively, and assist in interview preparation. LPA Legal Recruitment also provides advice to Chambers on recruitment strategy, business planning and interviewing techniques.
