A partner and/or team specialising in ECM transactions is sought by this firm seeking to capitalise on its cross-border capability and activity. An international background is preferred and it is likely that you will currently be in an international firm.
The firm services its multinational clients from one of the largest networks of offices in the legal market. A number of recent successes have proved that partners with good contacts and reputations can increase their practice considerably through the firm's approach to working together both across its offices and across disciplines - they make connections that other firms fail to make. The firm is therefore also looking for a partner who is committed to working in a collegiate manner and to leaving behind the frustrations and limitations of less collaborative cultures, in order to achieve the full potential of teir practice.
We are ideally looking for senior partners to join the corporate ECM department in London.
