The department covers every tax aspect of its clients' businesses including M&A, joint ventures, restructuring of global organisations, structured finance, tax-based finance, capital raisings, and litigation. A good training from a reputable department and first class analytical skills are, however, more important to the client than previous experience in all of the areas of tax in which the firm advises.
